Has anyone ever ran into this... or can you duplocate this behavior?
Create a form, open as dialog, from a button on that form open another dialog form, disabling the first dialog.
Now place a print preview button on the second dialog (I used action scripting).
The problem occurs when you push the print preview button, then after viewing the report, you close the second dialog to return to the first, but the form is not enabled. Even tho the code enables it after closing the second dialog.
If you open the second dialog, but don't push the print preview button, closing that second dialog will let the code run and enable the first dialog.. so everything works as expected.
It's just when the print preview is run that it slams the door shut on the first dialog.
Now if I could identify the name of the print preview window, I could explicitly close it when I close the second dialog form. But since I dont know the name of that print preview window I cant.
I believe its that print preview window that doeasnt close properly that is putting the brakes on things. If the print preview is called from a non-dialog form all is well.
Hope I made some sense of the problem... is this a bug? Or am I not doing something properly?
All my dialogs behave absolutely perfectly.. until I added that print preview.
