Default I can't seem to get my Sets correct for my tables

I have 4 tables for a simple appointments system for a doctors, dentists, hair dressers or other similar situation.

Table 1: APPOINTMENTS(Appointment ID,Customer ID, Treatment ID, Staff ID, Time, Date, Notes)
Table 2: CUSTOMERS(Customer ID, Name, Address, Phone, Notes)
Table 3: TREATMENTS(Treatment ID, Name, Description, Cost, TimeLength, Notes)
Table 4: STAFF(Staff ID, Name, Address, Phone, Notes)

    My relationships are:

ONE customer can have MANY appointments
ONE treatment can be for MANY appointments
ONE staff member has MANY appointments allocated to them

To implement this in Alpha i first create a new set with APPOINTMENTS as the main table, then I come to add the children: CUSTOMERS, TREATMENTS and STAFF and can only add a many-to-one relationship which, as you can see, is incorrect for my above application. I need a one-to-many.

To help you see what I mean I took these screenshots. One is of it set up correctly in the dreaded MS Access, the other two are my incorrect setup in Alpha Five v6.

Thanks for any tips in advance,
    Matt

    Matt,

What you want to do is to create 3 sets. One with the customer as the parent,
    appointmet as the parent,

    and staff as the parent.

Link them as necessary. the trick here is to somehow keep something common in treatments that can link to both Customer and staff. you sers may need to be multi layered, ie:

    Customer
    |---"appointment
    |---"staff

    Staff
    |---" appointment
    |---"Customer

    This should solve your issue.
