Hello again.
I've got a couple of strange issues I'm hoping can be solved. The attached text file has example code that is being run within my application.
1) Every once in a while when I run my app from a desktop icon, the control-panel displays even though I've got a controlpanel.hide() statement. I've attempted to debug it, but cannot see any statement that re-displays it. I'm using a startup file with -MINIMIZE, but the problem occurs even if I remove that.
2) My app consists of a main menu form utilizing a tree-view and a conditional object with buttons that display depending on the selection of the tree. From the buttons, I run a script that loads a form.
The main-menu also has a menu and toolbar with options for the same items that are on the main menu. If I select to run a form from the main menu, the title in the loaded form is correct (i.e. User Maintenance). If run from the menu or toolbar, the title of the form displays like it's in development mode (i.e. User.dbf : Form View (UserMaint)). Both the main menu form button and the menu & toolbar option/buttons run exactly the same Xbasic:
script_play_local("RunUserMaint")
I changed it to script_play("RunUserMain"), but it didn't make a difference. The script is included in the attached file and is fairly standard code created by a genie.
Any help is appreciated; if you need more information, let me know.
Thanks in advance,
Jim
