We must understand that selling software is a free craft.
There are no rules other then what the customer is prepared to tolerate.
I have been selling licenses in the past to companies wanting an unlimited user license for all their offices worldwide.
Now, in my pricing system there was not such a license.
As a max-offer we had an unlimited user license, but it was for one site only, not for offices in France, Italy and so on.
So my eyes just went to the seiling and I sort of invented a figure for that 'license' which the customer gladly approved.
