Private message to full inbox issue

I sent a private message to someone whose inbox was full. How can I retrive and resent the the message?

I don't seem to have an outbox. Is this something that has to be specifically created?

Look at 'Edit Folders' under 'Private Messages' and you'll see a 'Sent messages' link.
