Default How to display "Query is Active" message?

Is there a way to display a prominent message on a form when a query is active?

I am anticipating that my employees will not see the little message that appears on the status bar at the bottom of the screen when a query is active. I'd like to have something a little easier-to-see.

If "current_filter_expn()" is not empty there is a filter in place via some query or other means. You could define a calculated field to respond to that test and place the calculated field on your form.
