    Default Uploading large files

    Hello all,

My first post since this product is so user-friendly and this forum is so helpful but..

I'm working on web application that supports file uploading through form based file upload (like in the help file.) Everything runs smoothly except when I try to upload a large file (approximately 600 mb) A5 sloows down and eventually generates a "SmartHeap Library: Out of Memory" error at which point the upload is cancelled.

Is this a limitation of the WAS? Is there a workaround?

    my version is 4076.3031
running on a P4 3 ghz with 2gb of memory

    Please advise,
    Michael

To receive a 600MB file, the server needs to allocate at least that much RAM. How much memory does your server have?

The server has 2 gb of RAM. When the error occurs the task manager reports that there is about 1 gb available.
