    Default "0x7c96f18d" error message

I can't repeat this problem on demand but I get it often enough. When I close down Alpha7, it shuts down and I get this error message.

The instruction at "0x7c96f18d" referenced memory at "0x0387b00c". The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program.

If I restart A5V7 and shut down, I get it again. I have to reboot the computer to get rid of it. Is this a computer or Alpha problem?? Any hints?
Alpha seems to work fine when restarted. Error only on shutdown.
