A4V8 Printing Issue
I have a network with a Brother MFC-7820N Printer. It is a TCP/IP printer. I can print to it perfectly with Windows XP Professional SP2. This computer was redone from scratch. I go and setup my printer and tell it to print from a Windows printer. Which is the Brother MFC-7820N Printer. I get a error. I have enclosed the error that I get when try to print.
Anyone shed any light on this?

That doesn't look like a printer issue, but a report filter issue.
Try doing a preview of the report instead of printing it.
I'll bet that you get the same error...

How can this be fixed? Its driving us insane. I cant find the PREVIEW part. Can you tell me where its at?

You'll need to get the Alpha 4 control panel.
Form there, you can go to report - pick the report - output to screen
