Default Is it possible to use A5V7 to create a work rota?

I have a conundrum to resolve as follows:

8 staff working 5 Sales points over an 8 hour period plus staff to get a break somewhere in the 8 hours.

Is it possible to create this using A5V7?

    if so any suggestions?

    Graham,

Maybe it's just me? But your question does not make any sense to me at all. Perhaps you might elaborate?

I manage a small team of 8 people at the Royal International Air Show held at RAF Fairford over here in the UK (Theme 60th Anniversary of the USAF) each July.
Part of our project is to man 5 program sales points and I am trying to create a rota so that each person gets a three of breaks during the day as it gets quite hot out on the airfield tarmac in July. Working between 0700am and 1500pm. I was just intrerested if A5v7 could be used to create such a rota, I've tried to do it manually but to no avail unless I work out all 384 variants that might fit.

    man 5 program sales points

    Not sure what that means?

each person gets a three of breaks

A break at 3:00PM? or 3 breaks during the work day?

all 384 variants that might fit

    Not sure what that means?

My general ignorance aside, I suspect you can do whatever it is that you want in A5v7.

where did the 384 come from

    simple

Alpha can do whatever you program it to do as long as you program it correctly.
