Default Looking for Membership Management Web App

I am looking to set up an Alpha Five V8 membership web application that provides the ability to:

    1. Manage a membership directory with membership registration, annual reminders and tracking of fees received and due.
    2. Provide automated emails once a new user signs up, a user registers for an event or user makes a sponsorship donation.
    3. Contains a calendar of events with click through to event detail and registration.

Essentially what I am looking for is a local Chamber of Commerce type site.

If you have completed such a project, please contact me via email with details at: ronwills@sbtech.us

    Hi Martin
I would be interested in your access app just to get an idea of what to write in A5V8. Looks like noone makes commercial quality apps, just internal use stuff.

    Thanks

    Hi Ron,

I wrote not quite that, but you might have a look at http://85.145.220.61/nvstv8/Handleiding/NVST.html
Thare you'll find a Mind Map of the processes that it manages. One challenge, though: it's in dutch.
Some of the features are included, some are not (the financial aspect is weakly included, allthough reporting about payments and generating reminders is included).
What exactly are you looking for?

    Hi Robert

i am attaching a zip file with a dev copy of the aa dbase

this copy is not for production as it was used as a testbed for
7 different association dbases that were managed by the company
so it has some mixed data in it , part from the home builders, some from the
    auctioneers, and possible others,

the company that this was written for actually managed the day to day operations for many different associations and this dbase had to accommodate
differing methods for dues calculations, membership verifications, balloting and elections, awards, payments, late fees, etc.

the actual schema of the dbase (the tables and relationships) the heart of the thing is tha actual one that we settled on and i feel that it is a very good
representation of the the actual realworld association management business and could be used for all their client associations.

there will be references as you know to various resource libraries that ms access might call and some of the code wont work unless thay are setup properly
