Creating drop down filter choice

I am new to QRB and have been tasked by my employer to try and design some reports for a client. Please forgive me if I ask simple questions as I am still learning.
I am trying to create a combo box argument that pulls the values from the names of vendors.

I can get the argument setup, but I can't get the combo box argument to populate with the list of vendors from QuickBooks. It appears that I need to know the vendors at the moment I create the argument.

Does anyone know if this is possible to do or not?

Have you tried populating the vendor name list from the vendor table?
