Default Custom Lookup, multiple choices to one field

First, I want to thank all the people who contribute to this board. Without their generous offerings, my successes would be minimal. I hope someone may benefit from my small contribution.

I have had the need to build my own custom lookups a number of times. I thought this particular example came out quite well.

This lookup behaves as a user would expect. It allows the user to select multiple items from a lookup dialog box built from a table. The selected choices are joined together, then entered into a single field.

I've attached a simple working example for whomever is interested to study and improve upon. I tried to purge all un-necessary code to avoid confusion. The main form pretty much describes the process.

Nice job Ronald! Didn't catch this post 14-months ago. I also like your very thorough explanation. Well done.
