    Default New user - trouble with QB budget reports

    I am evaluating this software to expand our reporting capabilities with QuickBooks. We are a church, so our needs are a bit different from other businesses. I'm having trouble getting the QB budget reports data. I'm getting the following error when trying to create the report:

    Could not create local cache for data from your Database.
    Database API specific error
    Your database has returned the following error code and description to Alpha Five. (...)
    10004 -'[QODBC] Error
    SQL State is: 42S00 while converting ResultSet to DBF table.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    The reports require some parameters to be selected to get a resut set.

    One of those parameters is the fiscal year - in some reports anyway.

    I usually look at the report in Quickbooks and then try to match the selections in QRB.

    Which report are you trying to use? I'll take a look to see if I've used it before.

    You can also look at the SQL examples on the QODBC site. Then make your selections match the ones listed.

    For instance, the Budget vs Actual (P&L) can look like this..
    sp_report ProfitAndLossBudgetVsActual show Amount_Title, Budget_Title, Difference_Title, Percent_Title, Text, Label, Amount, Budget, Difference, Percent
    FiscalYear = 2003,
    BudgetCriterion = 'Accounts',
    SummarizeBudgetColumnsBy = 'Date',
    SummarizeBudgetRowsBy = 'Account'
