    Default Tool tip?

I'd like to show a user what a button is for by displaying a message when the mouse/pointer passes over the button. The message should disappear automatically if the pointer is no longer over the button. I can't find anything for the "onFlyOver" event in Action Script which lets a message disappear without requiring a button click. Is this possible? Is it XBasic only?

In the button properties dialog, on the Help Entry tab, you'll find a place to write your bubble help.

Another way to do this is to build a generic Xdialog box, that simply shows the value of a variable line of text.

Then, use the OnFlyOver event to show the modeless XDialog box, and the OnFlyOverLeave to close the box.

Make a function for this, something like ButtonBubble(vTextString as C).
