    Default "events" event

Does anyone know what the "events" event is when one pulls up the Events submenu on a control?

Is it a used-defined event? If so, how does one define that event? Is it code which fires on all events?

I was looking for a way to open a blank form when the useer tried to add a new record to a browse.

    Thanks

Probably akin to the Events event introduced in v9 for browse controls. See this from the What's new in v9.
    There can be only one.
