    Default Windows 7 64-Bit

I am trying to install Version 9 on a Windows 7 64-bit operating system and can not get it to install at all. Can any one help me. I have been using version 8 and have no problems, but I got and new computer and version 9 and am stuck.

That could mean several things. Care to elaborate? Have errors?

Did you run the install with elevated privileges? Also don't let it install in the Program Files (x386) folders, have it install on the root (c:\a5v9\)

It installed fine for me that way.

I put the disk in and it will not do any thing. I do not get to the install screen, there are no errors, it just acts like it is trying to read the disk but nothing happens at all.

Have you tried the disk on another computer?

Have you used windows explorer to see if the contents are visible, just not autoplaying? I'm not certain of the dc but the downloadable file is something like

    a5v9_full_patch.exe

which you can double click to run.

I believe you can still download the trial version from the Alpha Store and use your license code to activate it fully.

Thanks, I will try the trial version when I get home and see if that will work.
