Unhappy Chinese Characters Problem: Export Report to Excel (desktop version)

Chinese characters/fonts (big5 coding) cannot be correctly displayed, after exporting the report to Excel - desktop version (I applied the latest patch of v10.5).

For exporting the report to PDF, Chinese characters can be displayed, after using embedded fonts. However, the same option is not available for exporting the report to Excel/Word/Text. In other words, the Alpha Five (Amyuni) Printer Driver incorrectly handles Chinese characters!

The export function to Excel (desktop version) is very important! Therefore, will any work-around solution or fix come to solve this problem??? Thank you!

    Kung,
Exporting to Excel from a report will only give you a basic sheet with probable formatting issues unless a very simple report with few or no headers. To keep formatting the best way to export to Excel is from a preprocessed table.

So test exporting your table to Excel and if that retains the Chinese characters, then that would be the way to approach this issue.

Thanks for your reply! I have checked that this problem is not related to the formatting issue. In fact, the problem is related to the Alpha Five (Amyuni) Printer Driver cannot process Chinese characters (big5 coding), when I try to export them to Excel/Word/Text via the A5's Printer Driver.
