1) Currently, when previewing a report and you choose Send or Save, the system prompts the user to re-enter record selection criteria and regenerates the report again. It would save time and ensure that the saved/sent report is what you previewed if parameters from the original record selection criteria were just passed to these functions (send / save).

2) SaveAs and Archive are redundant; they do the same thing - except that archive is PDF only and the output folder is predetermined. Get rid of "archive" and use SaveAs only. Give the developer options to choose the output format, filename convention, and directory that reports get saved to.
