Bonus TIPS for Successful Posting

Try a Search First
It is highly recommended that a Search be done on your topic before posting, as many questions have been answered in prior posts. As with any search engine, the shorter the search term, the more "hits" will be returned, but the more specific the search term is, the greater the relevance of those "hits". Searching for "table" might well return every message on the board while "tablesum" would greatly restrict the number of messages returned.

When you do post
First, make sure you are posting your question in the correct forum. For example, if you post an issue regarding Desktop applications on the Mobile & Browser Applications board , not only will your question not be seen by the appropriate audience, it may also be removed or relocated.

The more detail you provide about your problem or question, the more likely someone is to understand your request and be able to help. A sample database with a minimum of records (and its support files, zipped together) will make it much easier to diagnose issues with your application. Screen shots of error messages are especially helpful.

When explaining how to reproduce your problem, please be as detailed as possible. Describe every step, click-by-click and keypress-by-keypress. Otherwise when others try to duplicate your problem, they may do something slightly different and end up with different results.

A note about attachments
You may only attach one file to each message. Attachment file size is limited to 2MB. If you need to include several files, you may do so by zipping them into a single archive.

If you forgot to attach your files to your post, please do NOT create a new thread. Instead, reply to your original message and attach the file there.

When attaching screen shots, it is best to attach an image file (.BMP, .JPG, .GIF, .PNG, etc.) or a zip file of several images, as opposed to a Word document containing the screen shots. Because Word documents are prone to viruses, many message board users will not open your Word file, therefore limiting their ability to help you.

Similarly, if you are uploading a zipped archive, you should simply create a .ZIP file and not a self-extracting .EXE as many users will not run your EXE file.

Unique Equity/Ownership Position for Master Developer

Our Company, ThePeoplesVote.com, has been under development for the past year. We have a Regulation D 506 Securities Offering, a complete Business Plan, experienced Management team, and have partnered with TVA Media Group, an award winning national advertising firm to handle our launch. In August 2011 we contracted an independent survey of 2,500 registered voters in 5 key states in which 46% said they would join ThePeoplesVote.com. There are approximately 155 million registered voters. Please see our information website at www.ThePeoplesVote.com and you can verify my references at http://www.linkedin.com/pub/chuck-ki...ick/26/a7a/a01

We are considering building our system on the AlphaSoftware platform or the Agile platform. I am partial to AlphaSoftware as I have been an amateur user for years.

The problem that we solve is this. On July 26th, 2011 Americans clogged Washington switchboards and crashed most of the legislator websites after President Obama asked them to contact Congress concerning the stalled Debt Ceiling debate. Voters that called were "on hold" for hours, and other than add to voter anger, no valid vote results were obtained. ThePeoplesVote.com has the solution.

Based on the 100 year old Initiative and Referendum Process, ThePeoplesVote.com will create non partisan Advisory Propositions, at the federal, state and local level in which citizens can learn about and cast votes online on the most popular public policies debated by governments, before they become law. This System is designed to effectively engage voters in policy decisions and assure our elected officials understand the true will of the people. With an Election Module, and over 20 valuable voter features in a simple Dashboard Control, ThePeoplesVote.com has been called the voter tool of the future.

Although a recent Gallup survey reports that a "record-high" 81% of Americans are dissatisfied with the way the country is being governed, our company is not a radical group with plans to "throw out Congress." We are a non partisan, non biased organization that believes in voter involved solutions. Utilizing the latest in internet cryptographic security measures, our "state of the art" online System will replace antiquated fax, emails, telephone calls, letter writing, poking, tweeting, airplane skywriters, and carrier pigeons with an instant detailed analysis of exactly what's on the minds of voters.

We are now seeking investors to fund our start up. We will be bringing onboard a Master Developer and will be issuing this individual shares of the company in exchange for building our website. As we acquire funding, this individual will then be coming on board at a salary of $200k per year plus benefits, and will also retain their shares. If you are an Alpha Developer and have an interest in this opportunity you can contact me at [email protected] and I will send you an NDA. After you execute the NDA, I will send you our detailed Business Plan and Private Placement Memorandum. I am confident you will find this to be a very unique and promising opportunity.
