Has anyone ever run into the above error message?
The setup is a read-only grid with an updateable detail part; there is also a search part allowing you to search by the primary key. For certain records, if you enter the primary key in the search box and click "Search", you get the error message "Error expanding grid part template: variable html_complete not found". The grid part is, understandably, not rendered and the detail part remains at what it was before the search.
The detail form contains, among other things, two text areas, one for each of two long VARCHAR fields (MySQL database, one field is VARCHAR(255) and one VARCHAR(1049)). The problem seems to occur when the record you search for contains "longish" data in one or both of the fields. By "longish" I mean, say, more than 100 or so characters (although I've seen it happen with less). I've tried to pin this down to no avail: In fact, I have identical setups on a remote server and on my local machine (the AA Server is the same version, although the MySQL Version is slightly different) and the problem most often occurs when working on the remote server, not locally. That is, most often I'll search for the same record both when the browser is pointed to the remote server, then when it's pointed to localhost, and the error appears in the former case, not the latter (although I have seem the error on both, I just can't seem to consistently reproduce it locally).
I've searched for "html_complete" on these boards but have come up empty.
If anyone has any ideas about this I'd be very appreciative.
