This is a copy of a posting on the Announcements board just in case some of you don't check it:
OK folks, new tips have been few and far between lately so I've decided to offer a bribe for new tips.
I've seen lots of questions on the message board that could have been solved if people had a better reference for Xbasic help. (Someone today had an issue with Key_exists.) Well, I just happen to have created a Windows Help file that is a compilation of all the A5 help files for Xbasic functions with significant additional key words and cross references. It includes all Xbasic functions in the original Help file plus all newer functions only referenced in the read-me files. It also includes a page on command line options and information on masks and templates.
I have offered this to anyone who wanted to send a 'donation' of $5 or more - a real deal, it took me many hundreds of hours to put it together. Now I am also going to offer it to anyone who sends in a valid tip for A5v4.5 or earlier. (By "valid" I just mean that it shouldn't be something that everyone already knows or that is obvious in the existing Help files - i.e., no plagerism!)
To submit your tip, go to the Tips section on the main A5 website and click on Submit a Tip on the left side of the page. Here's a link to the Tips site: A5 Tips.
