Hi everyone,
I have a moderatly annoying scroll problem which I decided to try and fix for an embedded browse (although it also happens on normal browses as well). After I apply a filter (maybe some sort of search) which may only retrieve one record, leaving the the browse rather empty, I will then turn the filter off. Often after this the browse will still only be displaying the last record and requires moving the scroll up to bring the other records back into view. This can often be a little misconcerting when I suddenly wonder where all my data has gone until I notice the position of the scroll bar. This behavious seems to happen on a number of my embedded browses and a slight variation of this occurs on my default browses. The default browse will often put 3 or 4 records in view, but neve the whole lot. Basically I still want to view the last record in most cases, but I want to have a full browse window as well. Does anyone else have this problem?
One way to correct it (I haven't actually tried this yet) would be to goto the last record and then go back a number of records. This is probably not the most elegant solution and would require some if statements when starting out a new table which may not have that many records to go back.
Does anyway have another solution?
