Just want to point out a complication with using a5w_include() to insert A5W pages within other pages.
Ideally the pages you insert will NOT have any HTML tags such as HTML, TITLE, BODY, HEAD. If so, the target page will have multiple sets of those tags. It is NOT a problem under most circumstances. But there are some features within Alpha that may fail in this case. I know the ability to Enable/Disable a Dialog control is affected. The problem is that the HEAD section where Alpha places the Javascript required to perform that function may be in conflict if you have a SECOND HEAD area.
The work around is inconvenient - you either have to make sure your inserted A5W page is above the one with the Javascript, or ensure the inserted pages do not have any of those tags.
If you chose the second option, you cannot use the WYSIWYG editor on those pages, you must work entirely in source.
I now use CSS for all of my inserted pages. They have NO HTML tags and only insert the code that is required at that specific point the page is inserted.
